Eligible merchandise is able to be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the product (or within 14 days of purchase from our brick-and-mortar) for exchange credit or for a refund. Proof of purchase required.
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with no odor or staining, and tags attached.
- Promotional discounts are deducted from the refund amount, when applicable. If your order falls below our free shipping threshold after returns, your refund will be less the original shipping fee.
FINAL SALE: jewelry, cosmetics/perfumes, undergarments, merchandise discounted more than 20%, seasonal + Christmas, items purchased with a store credit.

2. You can expect a refund to original payment -or- an electronic gift card within 1-3 business days of Wildfire receiving the package. Customer is responsible for return shipping and initial shipping cost is non-refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping, and your return puts your order total under $99, your refund or credit will be less the estimated shipping cost.
Re-Do Returns & Package Protection: Free Returns & Package Protection is automatically added to your cart at checkout. This is optional. If you checkout with this, this allows you to make returns or exchanges with a free return label. If you choose not to add this coverage, please select "Checkout without returns & protection" below the checkout button. You will need to pay for return shipping (with insurance) if making any returns.
